Items purchased on Dress-Your-Watch section are prepared for shipping within 7 to 10 business days. Any items purchased on the Rolex Men`s, Rolex Women`s, Fine Watches, or Clearance pages will be shipped within 2 to 3 business days. We ship as follows:
Insurance
All orders are shipped fully insured against damage, loss and theft. For your protection, a signature is required prior to release of the package. Please make sure that an adult will be available at time of delivery to accept and sign for the package. Before accepting the package, please inspect it for any sign of tampering or damage. Alternate Shipping Address
If you would like to ship your credit card purchase to an address other than your billing address, that address must be listed as an "alternate shipping address" with your credit card provider. (Simply call the phone number on the back of your card and request to add an alternate shipping address) This measure is for your protection and ensures that you have authorized Dressyourwatch.com to ship the item to an address other than your primary address. International Shipping
Dressyourwatch.com ships products worldwide via fully insured international shipping services. The shipping and insurance costs are variable depending on the value and weight of the package. To inquire about shipping costs to your location please call 1-800-972-0083. Dressyourwatch.com is not responsible for any additional costs, such as customs, duties, VAT, taxes, etc. Since custom and duty policies vary widely from country to country, we urge our international customers to contact their local customs office for an estimate of these additional fees before ordering. These costs must be paid locally and directly by the customer. Also, please note that Dressyourwatch.com must declare the full value that you paid for your watch on the shipment. APO/FPO
Orders are shipped using the US Postal Service. Delivery on these orders can be delayed up to 10 days. Standard California sales tax of 8.5% applies to all California orders. Orders to all other locations are not subject to sales tax. Armored Transport Delivery Dressyourwatch.com will deliver any high value order by armored transport to the following cities: Antwerp, Bangkok, Bombay, Dubai, Frankfurt, Geneva, Hong Kong, Johannesburg, London, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York, Osaka, Taipei, Tel Aviv, Tokyo, or Zurich, at additional cost.
